Siddarth Madhav is President & Chief Strategy Officer at Ayna.AI. In this role, Siddarth is responsible for defining and executing the Ayna.AI strategy and leads its investments and investor relationships.
Prior to Ayna, Siddarth spent over a decade at McKinsey and Company, where he advised and led transformations of companies in the industrial technology and semiconductor sectors. Based in the Firm’s Chicago and later, New York office, Siddarth was one of the leaders in the industrial “accelerated performance transformation” service line. He published several articles on end-to-end margin excellence – operations improvement, pricing, commercial excellence – and strategy in the industrial technology sector and convened several of the Firm’s CXO forums.
Siddarth earned undergraduate degrees with Honor in Engineering and Economics from the California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, CA and graduate degrees in Economics from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL.
