While at McKinsey, Paulo was a member of the Corporate Finance and Strategy and Industrials practice.

Before McKinsey, Paulo worked for large financial institutions and a turnaround-focused consulting firm in Brazil.

Paulo holds an bachelors degree in Economics from Fundacao Getulio Vargas, and is a 2023 CFA level 3 candidate.
