Mohit is Vice President, Transformation at Avail Infrastructure Solutions, where he is leading the effort to make AIS an industry leading company transforming US infrastructure. He focuses on driving growth initiatives, unlocking full potential of the manufacturing footprint, and helping build a high-performance culture.

Mohit is a former Associate Partner and leader in the Industrial Practice at McKinsey. In his 6-year career at McKinsey – spanning Chicago, Sydney, and Houston offices – he advised clients on margin transformation and operations strategy — with focus on operational efficiencies, procurement, and organizational excellence. In his last 3 years, Mohit led 5+ transformations for his clients in the Industrial and Semiconductor space.

He has published several McKinsey publications, including “Rapid throughput improvement at mature semiconductor fabs, Aug 2022”, “Manufacturing process innovation for industrials, Sep 2021”, and “Navigating opportunity in the US personal-protective-equipment market, Feb 2021”, to name just a few. He was responsible for convening leaders from Private and Family-Owned Companies focused on Industrial space at flagship events at the Firm.

Mohit started his career as a Manufacturing Engineer with Schlumberger (now SLB). He holds a Master of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management, USA and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communication Engineering from IIT Guwahati.
