Rob Bateman is the Chief Financial Officer of the Dabico Group, where he oversees finance and accounting. With over two decades of broad strategic, financial and operational experience, most recently as Chief Financial Officer of Root Insurance, he has built and led multiple teams that have successfully driven growth and profitability. Prior to Root, Rob served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Ategrity Specialty Insurance Company and Infinity Property & Casualty Corporation. His experience also includes roles as Chief Financial Officer at COUNTRY Financial, multiple progressive leadership roles at The Hartford, and a senior manager role at KPMG after several years as a manufacturing manager.
Rob has a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Massachusetts. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
