Jackson is Director of Tax at Fernweh. Previously, Jackson was a Senior Manager in BDO’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. Prior to BDO, Jackson worked at PwC. Jackson has extensive experience providing transaction tax consulting advice to private equity and strategic clients in a variety of industries.
Jackson has advised on numerous complex M&A transactions, including tax-free reorganizations, capital restructurings, entity rationalizations, and strategies focused on the preservation and utilization of tax attributes.
Jackson serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors at St. Luke’s Community House, a nonprofit organization based in Nashville, Tennessee.
