Daniel Flynn serves as President, General Counsel & Secretary for Fernweh Group. Prior to joining Fernweh, Dan was at Western Digital Corporation (NASDAQ: WDC) for over 17 years, most recently leading corporate strategy and development where he was responsible for WDC’s strategic and inorganic growth initiatives and WDC’s corporate venture investment arm, Western Digital Capital.
Dan also served as Western Digital’s Assistant General Counsel, responsible for corporate governance, SEC compliance, commercial and intellectual property arrangements, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to WDC, Dan was a corporate legal associate at several law firms, working with technology companies at varying stages ranging from inception through exit.
Daniel received his JD, cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law, and his BS in biology from Loyola Marymount University.
